Architectural Requests

Overview & Process: Thinking about making exterior modifications, building a fence, or updating your balcony? All exterior changes must be reviewed and approved by the board prior to starting work to ensure compliance with community standards.

Submissions are reviewed within 30 calendar days. Please submit your plans early to allow sufficient time for review.

Quick Architectural Guidelines Before submitting, please keep these common standards in mind:

• Current Guidelines: Please refer to the current Architectural Guidelines before making your request. 

• Fences: Must adhere to approved height, style, and material guidelines. Fences should not encroach on common areas. Refer to the Detailed Fence Guidelines for more information.

• Balconies & Decks: Repairs or modifications must match the existing color scheme, structural style, and approved safety dimensions. Refer to the Detailed Balcony Guidelines for more information.
