Frequency: Semi-Monthly from January through November.
Schedule: Typically held on the 3rd or 4th Monday of the month at 7:00 p.m.
Holiday Adjustments: If a meeting falls on a Monday holiday, it moves to Tuesday or an adjacent Monday.
Attendance: Open to all homeowners. Email reminders are sent out one week prior.
When: Every spring (April or May).
Purpose: To elect new Board members, vote on active association business, and discuss neighborhood concerns.
Quorum Requirement: If you cannot attend, please submit your Proxy Form via email or postal mail.
August – October: The Board develops the upcoming fiscal budget. Homeowners are welcome to attend these open meetings to provide feedback.
November: Final budget meeting held for formal Board adoption.
November 30: Deadline for the finalized budget and upcoming dues schedule to be sent to all owners.
